Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This gives you ample time to ensure your Ariat products meet your expectations for quality, fit, and authentic Western style.
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your items:

- Complete the Return Form: We’ll send you a return form to complete. Please use the template provided below to ensure we process your return efficiently.
- Package Your Items: Return items in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Footwear should be unused with the original soles clean.

Refund Information
Once we receive and approve your return:
- Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

International Returns
As we serve Western enthusiasts worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package.
