We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This gives you ample time to ensure your Ariat products meet your expectations for quality, fit, and authentic Western style.

We’ll send you a return form to complete. You can use the template provided below to ensure we process your return efficiently. - Package Your Items
Return items in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Footwear should be unused with the original soles clean. - Ship Your Return

- Items without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items purchased on final sale or with specific non-returnable notices
All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
International Returns
As we serve Western enthusiasts worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package.
