Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. This gives you ample time to ensure your Ariat products meet your expectations for quality, fit, and authentic Western style.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return
    Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Complete the Return Form
    We’ll send you a return form to complete. You can use the template provided below to ensure we process your return efficiently.
  3. Package Your Items
    Return items in their original condition with tags attached and in the original packaging. Footwear should be unused with the original soles clean.
  4. Ship Your Return

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days and notify you via email.

Refund Information

  • Refund Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement items

International Returns
